Accountability in Work and Life

Lord Jesus,

You see our work, our responsibilities, and the weight we carry each day. You know the places where we lead with confidence and the places where we quietly struggle. Today, we acknowledge that we are not our own, we are accountable to You for our time, our talents, and our treasures.

Search our hearts and reveal where we have drifted into isolation, self-reliance, or hidden compromise. Give us the humility to admit where we need growth and the wisdom to recognize blind spots we cannot see on our own. Free us from fear that keeps us silent and pride that keeps us distant.

Father, we ask You to bring the right men into our lives, brothers who love You, who speak truth with grace, and who will walk with us faithfully. Give us courage to ask for accountability, clarity to name the areas where it is needed, and perseverance to stay committed when growth is slow.

Shape our work so it honors You. Form our character so it reflects You. And use accountable relationships to strengthen our faith, sharpen our leadership, and anchor us in obedience.

We offer ourselves again to You, willing, teachable, and dependent, trusting that You do Your best work in the light.

Amen.
