A Prayer for Marketplace Discipleship

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for calling us not only to follow You but to make disciples as we go. You’ve placed us in

boardrooms, break rooms, and business meetings for a purpose far greater than success. Teach us to

see the marketplace as a mission field—ripe with opportunities to serve, encourage, and reflect Your

love.

Lord, help us to walk humbly before You and before others. Give us eyes to see the men around us—not

just as colleagues, but as brothers in need of hope and truth. Make us men of integrity whose lives

speak even louder than our words. Let our service be a bridge that leads to deeper conversations about

Your grace, mercy, and truth.

Grant us the courage to be real and the wisdom to know when to speak and when to simply be present.

Help us create margin in our busy lives so we can invest deeply in others. Make us disciple-makers,

multiplying Your life through ours—one man, one moment, one conversation at a time.

Shape us through the journey, Lord—the good, the bad, and even the ugly. Use every part of our story

to mold us into the image of Your Son. May we leave behind not just business legacies, but spiritual ones

that endure.

We want to be true disciples—loving, truth-telling, faithful men who live out Your better way.
