A Prayer for Sharing Faith in the Workplace

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the work You have given me. I recognize that my workplace is more than just a place to earn a living—it is a mission field where You have positioned me to be a light. Lord, I confess that at times I have been afraid to share my faith. I have allowed fear of rejection, awkwardness, or professional repercussions to keep me silent. But today, I ask that You shrink my fear and grow my confidence.

Father, help me see my work as part of my spiritual journey. Let me recognize every interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, and friends as an opportunity to reflect Your love and truth. Teach me to lead with grace, to listen with compassion, and to speak with wisdom. May my actions align with my words, and may my words always be seasoned with Your truth.

Holy Spirit, I invite You into my workplace. Go before me and prepare the hearts of those I interact with daily. Open doors for meaningful conversations. Give me discernment to recognize moments when I can share hope, encouragement, and truth. May my presence be a sweet aroma of Christ, drawing others to the goodness of Your love.

Lord Jesus, You promised in Matthew 28:20 that You are with us always. I hold onto this promise as I step forward in faith. Remind me that I do not share alone, for You are with me. Give me boldness, not for my own glory, but so that others may know the life-changing love of Christ.

Thank You for the privilege of being Your ambassador. Strengthen me to share with confidence and joy. May my workplace be a place where Your name is honored and glorified.
